My name is Prakitr Srisuma. I am currently a first-year PhD student within the Computational Science and Engineering program at MIT, and co-supervised by Prof. Barbastathis in Mechanical Engineering, and Prof. Braatz in Chemical Engineering. My research interests entail process systems engineering, computational modeling, and simulation.

I obtained an MPhil in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Before coming to MIT, I worked as a process engineer in the oil and gas industry at PTT Exploration and Production, the national petroleum company in Thailand.
